-People struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders
--People with trauma histories, people strugling with PTSD/C-PTSD

-Anyone involved or previously involved in sex work
-Folks engaged in poly and/or kink relationships
-Anyone experiencing anxiety disorders, including OCD spectrum and specific phobias
-Those struggling with Major Depression or Bipolar Depression
-Folks engaging in self-harm behaviors
-People experiencing suicidal ideation
-people who engage in repetitive body movements (like skin picking, hair pulling etc.)
I customize the therapeutic process to meet the needs of each client and bring a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches to address the wide variety of social, emotional, and mental health concerns my clients present with.
My approach to therapy is rooted in trauma work, and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I use EMDR with clients who feel stuck with their history of trauma as well as targeting disordered eating and anxiety based disorders.
I love to approaching therapy through a Narrative Therapy lens where I can help clients externalize their strugles and find a new ways of relating and engaging with them.
I also have been trained in Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, Couples Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, internal family systems therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
